Before we film
You book a date, I confirm it the same day, and you get a short prep note — what to clean up, what to have unlocked, who needs to be on site. For business shoots we have one quick call about what you're actually trying to sell, because the shot list should serve that and nothing else. Every project is quoted in writing before I show up. There is no hourly meter running.
On site in Spokane
A typical Spokane listing takes 45–90 minutes for photo, or about 90 minutes with video and drone added. A business session runs a half day. I bring my own lighting, work around occupants, customers, and active crews, and I don't need your team to stop working for me. If a room isn't photographing well, I fix it on the spot instead of handing you a bad frame later.

Listing photos land in your inbox within 24 hours, listing video within 48. Business galleries take 2–3 business days and brand films about 5–7. Everything comes in full resolution plus web and social sizes, including vertical cuts framed for Reels, TikTok, and Facebook — so you're never cropping a horizontal video into a square and hoping for the best.
After delivery
One-off projects end there. If you're on the monthly Content Growth System, delivery is the start: I schedule and publish the content to your accounts, watch which videos hold attention in your Spokane service area, and shift ad budget onto the ones that already proved they work.

Do you only shoot real estate?
No. Roughly half my work is Spokane local businesses — trades and contractors, restaurants, retail, clinics, gyms, and service companies — including brand video, testimonials, commercial photography, social media management, and paid ad campaigns.

Are you licensed to fly a drone?
Yes, I hold an FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate, which is required to fly commercially. Aerial photo and video can be added to any Spokane shoot.
