Valid Media provides media production services including real estate photography and video, drone media, commercial video, social media content, and paid advertising management. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed in writing before each project begins.
3. SMS Program Terms
When you submit your phone number through our website, you consent to receive text messages from Valid Media regarding your inquiry and project.
- Message frequency varies based on form submissions and project communication.
- Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier's terms.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any text message.

4. Booking & Cancellation
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Specific terms are outlined in individual service agreements.
5. Intellectual Property
Valid Media retains ownership of all raw footage and edited content until final payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the delivered media for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Valid Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
