How many photos come with a listing shoot?
Most Spokane listings get 25–45 final images depending on size — every main room, key detail shots, the exterior from multiple angles, and the yard or view. You get the full edited set, not a limited selection.
Do I need to stage the house first?
The home should be clean, decluttered, and lights working. I'll adjust small things on site — straighten pillows, hide cords, turn on lamps — but full staging is the seller's or your stager's job.
Which areas do you photograph?
