Yes. Coeur d'Alene, Hayden, Dalton Gardens, and the surrounding Kootenai County area are part of my regular service area, and I'm insured for commercial work in Idaho.
Can you shoot lakefront and mountain properties?
That's most of what CDA work looks like — shoreline and dock aerials, elevated exteriors, and twilight shots that show the view a buyer is actually paying for.
How fast will I get CDA listing photos back?
Within 24 hours of the shoot. Cinematic video is typically 24 hours as well, up to 48 hours for larger estates.
What does it cost?
